Refund Policy

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 say you have up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, where you can change your mind and get a full refund. 

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product, you're entitled to the following:

up to 30 days

If your goods are faulty, you can get a refund.

up to 6 months

If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases.

up to 6 years

If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

In line with the above, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may decide you no longer wish to keep the items purchased within 14 days after delivery, during the “cooling off” period.  You must pay for the return shipping costs.  Upon receipt of the returned goods, once approved, we will refund you in full (including original shipping costs) to the original payment method, within 14 days of the return.

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the items purchased after 14 days, but before 30 days after the goods were delivered, you may return the items at your own cost.  Once the return is approved, we will provide a full refund for the goods, less the cost of the original shipping costs, to the original payment method, within 14 days of the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning a faulty item within 30 days after delivery, Anonymous Gifting Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a pre paid returns label.  Once the return has been approved, a full refund (including original shipping costs) will be made to the original payment method, within 14 days of the return. 

We reserve the right to repair or replace items that are discovered to be faulty beyond 30 days after delivery.


To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@nobleandpage.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in line with the terms stated above.  Once the return is accepted and refund processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
